Service Rates

1.
Phone Consultation

 

This is a FREE 15 minute phone consultation with our therapist to provide potential clients the opportunity to ask questions they may have, learn about our approach, and determine if we are a good fit to work together.

15 minutes- Free of charge

2.
Intake Session

 

Our initial session is geared towards laying the foundation for our work together. We will review intake forms, build the therapeutic relationship, and explore what brings you to therapy. We will also identify treatment goals tailored specifically to you. 

60 minutes- $150

3.
Individual Therapy 

 

Sessions are held virtually through secure telehealth platform. Each session is held with the individual client working on goals collaboratively developed between the client and therapist.

 

50 minutes- $125

Accepted Insurance

For clients with other private insurance, a Super Bill can be provided for clients to seek possible compensation for out of pocket expense from their insurance company.

Payment is due at time of service. 

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE WEBSITE NOTICE

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, the “No Surprises Act,” you have a right to receive a “good faith estimate” explaining how much your therapy services will cost. Healthcare providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use their insurance for therapy services with an estimate of the cost of those services. 

· You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total cost of therapy services

· Make sure your therapist gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your appointment. You may also ask your therapy for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an appointment.

· If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate you can dispute the bill.

· Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
